Your line at a glance — in real time.
See what the machines are doing. Step in before anything stalls.
On one screen you see what's running right now: which machine is working, where it's jammed, which value is out of range. You don't have to walk to the line to check — and when something's off, it speaks up on its own.
From everyday work
A value drifts — and you catch it before scrap is made
A temperature slowly climbs past the green band. Nothing is broken yet, but the control room shows the trend in amber. A quick correction, the value settles — and the next hours of production stay good instead of turning into scrap.
How it fits together technically
The control layer (SCADA/HMI) visualizes plant state and guides operators through procedures and alarms. Below it, programmable logic controllers drive machines and motors over a dedicated field network. An open machine standard (OPC UA) cleanly separates the proprietary control world from the open data world: every measurement is polled cyclically and streamed up into storage — without loading the controller.
